This brightening and exfoliating solution provides just the right amount of exfoliation for acne-prone skin, without irritation or dehydration to boost and supplement your daily acne home care regimen.

Why it works:
This light, clinical-grade chemical peel is proven to fight acne and pigmentation, revealing clearer-looking skin.
Directions:
Use twice a month, AM or PM, in place of your regular home care routine. Clean treatment area with a POREspective® Wash or Scrub for your Acne Type, then apply a peel prep like alcohol-based Exfoliating Toner or regular rubbing alcohol to degrease the skin.
While the peel prep is drying, put on the nitrile gloves and fold a 4”x4” gauze pad twice into a small square, then load peel solution onto gauze in a flower pattern. (May use a cotton toner pad in place of gauze pad.) Apply two equal layers, beginning with forehead, then cheeks, nose, chin, and jawline.
Let absorb 10 minutes. Do not wash off the peel solution.
Finish with Daily Moisturizer and approved sunscreen. Refrain from washing, showering, or sweating for at least 4 hours. May be left on overnight.
May repeat Acne Peel treatment every 2 weeks in the absence of skin irritation.
Caution:
Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on irritated, sensitive, or sunburned skin. Do not use if your client has taken Accutane (isotretinoin) in the past 6 months, is pregnant or lactating, or has used hair removal products on the treatment area in the last 2 days. Avoid direct sun exposure for 1 week before and after the peel. Use at least an SPF 30 everyday for sun protection.
Important:
You may experience a stinging or tingling sensation. If excessive stinging or discomfort occurs, remove the peel immediately by splashing the skin with cool water. Redness may occur for a short period of time, especially for those with sensitive skin types. Not every person will experience visible peeling; this doesn’t mean the peel isn’t working. Do not scratch, pick, pull at, or peel off the treated skin, even if it is flaking and unsightly. Sun exposure after a peel can potentially cause unwanted skin discoloration, excessive redness, or rash.
